Our Trustees

Daniel Degg (Chair)

Daniel is the Chair of the TMS Board of Trustees and the Employer Partnerships Development Manager at Staffordshire University. Daniel is an ambitious and hard-working individual who contributes his time and expertise to helping steer TMS forward, drawing on his wealth of experience in delivering large projects, business development, account management, marketing and recruitment.

Emma Neate (Vice Chair)

Emma is the Vice Chair of  the TMS Board of Trustees and an employment lawyer with more than 19 years’ experience. Having worked in one of the largest international law firms for 15 years, she is now a named Partner within her own law firm, Neate & Pugh. Neate & Pugh specialise in providing advice and support on all aspects of employment law and HR issues, and Emma shares these expertise with TMS.

Marisha Place (Treasurer)

Marisha has 14 years’ experience working as a Partnership Manager for Staffordshire Police, where she works in collaboration with several voluntary and statutory services, safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. She is the current Chair for the Burton, Lichfield and Tamworth Domestic Violence Forum and the Community Safety Partnership. As a TMS Trustee Marisha contributes her rich expertise and passion for safeguarding and improving the local community for young people, with the hope of improving the world for future generations.

Euan McRobie (TMS Trustee)

Euan is a Health and Safety Consultant and Principal Design Advisor within the Construction Sector, and a retained Fire Fighter for Staffordshire Fire and Rescue service. Euan has been involved with TMS in various areas over the last four years, including helping to steer the project as a member of the Youth Action Team, so that the charity remains “led by Young People and for Young People”. Euan continues to assist TMS to achieve its strategic goals as a dedicated TMS Trustee.

Rose Vakis  (TMS Trustee)

Rose has over 20 years’ experience working as a CEO in the voluntary sector, having lead an organisation that provided support services to other voluntary organisations in Staffordshire, helping them to develop and grow. Rose is a current TMS Trustee who has been involved in the Charity right from the start of its journey, including assisting with access to funding during the initial project phase.
